Delete your account
You're always in control of your family's data. You can permanently delete your Indria account and your children's data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to delete
- In the appGo to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. This is the quickest way.
- Or ask usDon't have the app any more? Email support@indria.io from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
- We confirm it's youWe'll reply to check the request really came from you before deleting anything.
- Your data is deletedYour account and your children's data are removed within 30 days of a verified request.
Only want to remove one child? Open Family Settings, choose the child, and select Remove Child.
What we delete
Your profile and your children's profiles, screening answers and results, activity logs and progress, journal entries, messages with the care team, AI assistant and Wellbeing conversations, family and care team access, and your preferences.
What we may keep
A small amount of information where the law requires it or to resolve disputes, such as billing and transaction records for tax purposes. Anonymised, aggregated data that can no longer identify you or your child may also be kept.
People you shared with will lose access as soon as you delete your account. Any notes a therapist or school kept in their own records outside Indria are theirs to manage. See our privacy policy for full details.
