About Indria

Is Indria a diagnosis?

No. Indria supports early identification and ongoing development tracking, but it does not replace a professional medical diagnosis, clinical evaluation or treatment.

Think of it as a way to understand what you're seeing and to have better conversations with the professionals who can assess your child properly. If you have concerns, please speak with a qualified healthcare provider, therapist or developmental specialist.

What ages is Indria for?

Children from birth to 9+ years. Screenings, activities and library articles are matched to your child's age, so a newborn and a school-age child each see what's right for them.

Which areas of development does it cover?

Eight areas: Speech & Language, Movement, Fine Motor, Sensory, Social & Emotional, Thinking & Learning, Behaviour, and Self-Help.

How do I start a developmental screening for my child?

From the home dashboard, select New Screening and choose your child's profile. You'll be guided through an age-appropriate set of questions across the development areas. It typically takes 10–15 minutes to complete. You can also start by chatting with the Indria assistant, which will suggest the right screener.

How are activity recommendations chosen?

Recommendations are based on your child's screening results, stated goals and ongoing progress. Your child's therapist chooses and unlocks the activities, so practice at home matches their therapy plan. As new screenings are completed or activities are marked done, the recommendations update to reflect current needs.

Family and sharing

Can both parents use it?

Yes. Invite your partner, a grandparent or a caregiver from Family Settings. Give them full access to do activities and message the care team, or view-only access so they can follow along.

Can I add more than one child?

Yes. Open Family Settings from your profile menu and select Add Child. Each child gets their own screening history, progress dashboard and activity recommendations, and you can switch between them with a tap.

Who can see my child's information?

Only the people you invite. You choose which therapists, special educators and schools can follow each child's progress, and which family members have access. You can remove anyone's access at any time.

Your private Wellbeing chat is never shared with anyone, including your child's care team.

Can my child's therapist or teacher see their progress?

Yes, once you give them access. Invite them from your child's care team screen. They can then follow progress, unlock activities and message you in the app.

I'm a therapist, special educator or school. Can I use Indria?

Yes. Indria is part of an ecosystem of early intervention professionals, therapists, special educators and preschool and primary educators. Parents invite you to follow their child. To join the network, get in touch.

Cost and account

What does it cost?

We'll share pricing when Indria launches on the App Store and Google Play, very soon. If you'd like to hear first, send us a message.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, your children's profiles, and all associated screening and progress data. If you'd rather we do this for you, contact us.

I found a bug, or a screening question doesn't apply to my child. What do I do?

Please send us a message with as much detail as you can: your child's age range, the screen or screening question involved, and what you expected to happen instead. Screenshots help a lot.

A note on professional care

Indria is a developmental support platform. It provides developmental screening, progress monitoring, personalized learning activities, intervention planning tools and AI-powered guidance to support your child's developmental journey.

While Indria can help identify developmental concerns and support intervention efforts, it is not intended to replace professional medical diagnosis, clinical evaluation or treatment. We encourage parents and caregivers to consult qualified healthcare providers, developmental specialists, therapists or educational professionals for comprehensive assessment and individualized care when needed.

The best outcomes happen when families and professionals work together, using evidence-based practices and ongoing developmental support.
